Meet Records- Boys - Girls
Mt. Tabor boys 4x8 continue the success they had this indoor season by running a solo 7:58.66, which would have ranked NC #4 for all of last season. This should give them good confidence as they head to New York for New Balance Nationals next week where they'll contend for a 4xMile National Title.
Sarah Platek of Ragsdale dominated the girls mile winning by 22 seconds en route to a 5:11. Platek is currently ranked US #2 for indoor 3200 and she will also head to New York next week and look to repeat her All-American performance from last outdoor track season.
Grimsley's Blair Ramsey busted out an early season PR of 2:17 to win the girls 800. Though she mostly runs the 1600/mile outdoors this will give her good confidence on the track going into her senior outdoor season.
