This weekend is going to be HUGE for indoor track in North Carolina! Our state's top athletes are gearing up for great competition in three excellent venues, and there's little doubt that we will have to rewrite the rankings once the weekend is over. And the best part: it looks like the weather is going to be very good, with the last precipitation expected on Thursday night, and warm temperatures Friday to melt any residual ice.
It's enough to make it a difficult choice for any track fan. Do you catch the greatest number of NC athletes in Chapel Hill, plus some strong out-of-state competitors? Do you travel up to Blacksburg to see elite athletes from across the Southeast take on Virginia's best? Or do you opt for the college and Elite professionals meet at JDL Fast Track, where some of the best in the world will square off? Here's a little info to help you decide.
