With their current top 3 all representing the Class of 2016 (plus several more in the top 10), Weddington has a "win now" mentality this season.
By running team rankings including only the members of the Class of 2016, we can determine which schools have the best groups of seniors this fall. These are teams that will be looking for major success in 2015 while they still have these leaders, but they also might be teams that are taking a step backward after their large senior classes graduate (so maybe there's hope for 2016 in the 4A girls race!). Later today we'll run the strong junior classes, with sophomores featured next week and freshmen the following week.
NOTE: The rankings below use returning times from 2014, because we don't have enough data yet this season to use current rankings. We will revisit this in a few weeks to see if anything has changed!
