Coleman Mitchell returns to the site of the 2014 NCISAA state meet, and he will find a lot of familiar opponents from that race to go with the familiar setting.
We're gearing up for the first weekend of full 5K invitationals, and as always here in NC, Week 1 is a whopper! The WNC Carnival has been opening up the North Carolina invitational season since 2003, and the meet always brings a great combination of NC, SC, and TN talent together to battle the challenging Jackson Park course. To whet your appetite, check out the returning times of the squads entered, as well as team scores based on those times.
