When you have as much talent in the same grade as Parkland does, there is always the potential for internal competition to lead to negative emotions. That can be prevented when individuals are willing to sacrifice some of their own success for the good of the team. From an outsider's opinion, it looks like Erin Morrison is that kind of teammate, acting as the "glue girl" that helps keep her Mustangs together while they work hard to defend their championships. Parkland has goals this season that include rewriting some major relay records, and no matter which relay you're discussing there is an excellent chance that Erin is going to be on it.
