For the third year, I will be at the North Carolina Track & Cross Country Coaches Association winter clinic to provide coaches with help using MileSplit and/or RaceTab.  The clinic is held at JDL Fast Track on Friday night and all day Saturday, and it is the largest track & cross country clinic in the state.  Featured speakers include South Carolina coach Curtis Frye and St. Augustine's coach George Williams, both former US Olympic Team coaches, as well as paralympic sports pioneer Ashley Thomas.

Coaches can drop in to the meeting room any time between 6:00 and 9:00 on Friday, and between 1:30 and 4:30 on Saturday afternoon, to get help with:

MileSplit:

• Team admin functions: roster management, meet entries
• Posting results, understanding the rankings and their uses
• Team records, alumni, etc.
