Bodies will be airborne in the middle of Downtown Winston-Salem's restaurant district all day Saturday - come watch something you've never seen before!
The second annual Winston-Salem Street Vault is Saturday on 4th Street between Cherry and Marshall. Last year's turnout drew several top-flight vaulters, and the 2014 field has expanded so much that multiple sessions will be required. The elite sessions are rumored to include some pretty amazing, world-class vaulters, and the restaurants on 4th Street (as well as /aperture theater) will open their doors and set out table and chair to accomodate spectators. You can get one of the most unique viewing experiences in sports, and also be within two blocks of more than 10 great places to eat, with several more in the vicinity! Warm-ups for the first group start at roughly 9 AM, and the action continues all day until the elites compete during dinner time.
