The state's top cross country runners are heading to the postseason, while sprinters, jumpers, and throwers are just starting out.
Even though the state meets have passed, cross country season is not over! NCRunners will be there through the very end, with coverage continuing at least through Foot Locker South and Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional (and beyond if North Carolina athletes advance to nationals). Meanwhile, the indoor season is beginning: practices can start Monday, and we will start running preseason coverage soon.
