Blair Ramsey will try to lead Grimsley against powerful Southeast Guilford in one of three major county meets this weekend.

In looking over the results sent to NCRunners this week, it seems like there are more county meets than in any other week so far this year. That trend will continue this weekend, as Wake County, Guilford County, and Forsyth County all have their championships. These are the three largest counties in the state that hold true county meets (Mecklenburg does not, although they do have separate boys and girls invitationals later in the season that serve the same purpose). NCRunners will be on site to cover Forsyth and Wake, and at the end of the weekend we will produce a combined set of results for all three meets. Since county meets seem to be the theme of the week (and there are four more next week), maybe we can go back and assemble some combined results from the smaller counties, as well. Check out the information below to get a head start on this weekend's "Big Three" county meets.
