Meet Dates: Friday, March 18th and Saturday, March19th at Mount Tabor H.S.
Entry deadline: Wednesday, March 15th.  Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

Entry guidelines:
A. 3 entries per school per individual event (NO EXCEPTIONS).  1 relay per school.  (Max 4 events per athlete)
B. Please send entry marks that are accurate.  If an athlete has not competed in that event this year, you should enter them with "NM" (no mark).   If you submit hand times they should be rounded up to highest tenth of a second.   

C. BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION FOR YOUR ENTRIES AT THE COACHES' MEETING, OR AT REQUEST.
D. TIME WILL NOT ALLOW US TO HAVE ANY NEW ENTRIES, SUBSTITUTIONS, OR REPLACEMENTS FOR DISALLOWED ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE MEET.
E. We will take scratches and correct mistakes at the coaches' meeting on Friday 3/18.   

H.   New this year....   There will be JV races in the 100m, 400m and 1600m on Friday night.   Unlimited entries!   
 
Scoring and Awards:
We will score 8 places in each event, on the standard 8-point scale  
(10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).
All races on Sat will be FAT.   There are no sprint trials.  All races will be timed finals.   
Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event, including relays.  
Trophies will be given to the top 2 teams for both boys and girls.  
We will also award an MVP of Field Events and an MVP of Distance Events (each for boys and girls). 
Duty Assignments: All schools will have an assigned duty at the meet which they are expected to cover.  Make sure that this duty is covered by someone on your coaching staff.
