Events: All NCHSAA running events will be contested, plus a 4x200 and a distance medley relay. All NCHSAA field events will be contested, except pole vault.

Entry Fee: a one-time fee of $50 per team (including both boys and girls) gets you into any and all of the meets.
Scoring and Awards: cumulative results will be kept throughout the series. At the final meet, cumulative individual and team awards will be given. Teams have to attend all meets to be eligible for the team trophies.
