All-American Conference Championship Meet

April 30th, 2025

10:30 a.m. - Gates Open. Packet Pickup Available 

11:00 - 11:30 am - Weigh-ins and implement inspections. Location: Field near throw area

11:15 a.m. - Officials Meeting near the Timing Tent (at the finish line) 

11:30 a.m. - Coaches Meeting near the Timing Tent 

11:30 am - pits open for warm-ups.  

11:50 a.m. - National Anthem

Awards Presentation 

Entries:

       Events are limited to 3 entries per school.

       Relays: 1 per school

       There are no substitutions in individual events.

       Maximum of 4 events per athlete.

       Spike checks at check-in1/4 pyramid. 

Logistics 

       We will be charging for admission. Cash and digital. 

       There are no team tents near the finish line. Tents can be set up on the bleachers on the opposite side of the finish line.

       There will be concessions. 

       We currently do NOT have an athletic trainer.

       You can unload student-athletes near the track entrance and then park the bus in the designated bus parking 

lot. 

      NO spectators on the infield. NO electronics on the infield. Only athletes running in an upcoming event should be on the infield. We will be giving out wristbands to all athletes.

       We will disqualify teams and individuals for using foul language and engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior. 

       Medals, including relays, will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event. We will have a podium for them to stand on at midfield.

Team trophies will be awarded to the highest-scoring boys' and girls' teams. 

The MVP trophy will be awarded to the boy and girl with the most points from the meet. If the athlete is in a relay, they receive 1/4 of the points earned from their event. 

       Blocks will not be provided; feel free to bring your own if desired.

       Bring your throwing implements. 

       PLEASE bring extra tape measures.

(REMINDERS: ALL ATHLETES MUST STAY IN UNIFORM FOR THE DURATION OF THE MEET. THEIR UNIFORM WILL SERVE AS THEIR PASS IN AND OUT OF THE STADIUM.)

WE WILL ONLY OPEN ONE GATE FOR SPECTATORS TO ENTER THE STADIUM, ALL OTHER GATES WILL BE LOCKED.
