Location of school: 4814 Elk Rd. The site of the 2009 Mid-South 4-A Conference Championships and the 2009 East 4-A Regionals. Check-in: 3:45 pm - 5 45. JV Boys (unlimited entries) 6:15 pm. JV Girls (unlimited entries) 6:55 pm. Invitational Men (7 only) 7:40. Invitational Women (7 only) 8:15. Championship Men (7 only) 9:00. Championship Women (7 only) 9:40 pm. Awards Ceremony (in football stadium) 10:15 pm. Course will be lighted throughout. Cool t-shirts will be available for $15. Admission to the stadium for spectators is $1.00. Awards: Top 20 individuals in the Championship Races. Top 10 in the Invitational races. Top 3 teams in all races. Results will be generated quickly using HY-TEK software, and will be available online at svxc.8k.com Single gender teams are $60. $100 for both men's and women's teams. Checks should be made out to South View High School. Emailed entries preferred. To enter, coaches need to email their entries complete with school name, coach's name, phone number, email, athletes and athlete grades. Coaches must also identify which level you with your varsity to participate (Championship or Invitational). You may run a B-team in the Invitational race if you want to run 3 squads. If mailed, must be postmarked by Friday, 8/28. You may bring a check with you to the meet. W/O entry fee, your team may not participate. Please mail checks or alert us if you are planning on bringing it with you. We need to know as the lights are expensive. First 50 teams are guaranteed entry.
