Meet Information

Coaches meeting will be beside finish line at 1:15pm.

Field Events start at 1:30pm.

If bringing tents please setup around perimeter of track. We do not want people setup on football field.

*If an athlete is competing in multiple field events at the same time they will have to go back and forth between the events. We will not hold events open and wait for them to finish the other event.*

Please have some of your assitant coaches ready to help if needed. Most of my helpers/volunteers are teachers and wont be able to leave early due to teaching duties. I will send out a email regarding this to coahces and AD's.

Reminder you can have a athlete participate in at max 4 events, but can only enter 3 athletes per event from your team. Also,the athlete has to have competeed at least 2 times throughout regular season in order to compete in that event in Conference Championship.

Bus Parking: We have 4 areas for bus parking. 1) There are 2 bus spots over by where our yellow buses park on other side of school. 2) We can fit 2 or 3 buses in the little parking lot right beside the track/football field. 3) I know some bus driver like to do 3 point turn and park along the locker rooms, like they do for football season. 4) Obviously is those dont work we have a big parking lot to park, but i would try to save those for cars.
