North Carolina High School Athletic Association Rules
Entries:Each school is allowed six (6) individuals per event and Unlimited relays; athletes can compete in a maximum of 4 events, including running, field, and relays.
Deadline for Entries: Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 12:00 noon
Registration: NC Milesplit
Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights: Pole Vault - To be determined (bar raised in 6 increments)
High Jump - To be determined (bar raised in 2 increments)

1:00 pm - Coaches Meeting (track open for warm-ups)
Rolling Schedule after the start of the meet
2:30 pm - Field Events and 4x800m Relay Start
