Meet Information
The start is the green dot. You will follow the blue until it turns red, which indicates the second loop that continues straight off of the blue. You will run that loop again and then you will turn left (by the tennis courts). The finish is in the football field stadium.
Teams can start walking the course upon arrival. We will be handing out a course map to each school. My advice is to ask an OHS runner the course because they know it the best.
Coaches meeting at 4:15 at the finish. (on the football field/track)
Girls will start at 5:00
Boys will start after the girls, approximately 5:45.
Tents can be set up in the stadium along the fence, away from the course
Spike friendly, about 15 total feet of cement.
COACHES:
Biggest concern right now is that we do NOT have a way to upload results into RaceTab. If we could get a school to help with this that would be greatly appreciated. If not we simply do NOT have a way to upload the results to MileSplit other than asking a MileSplit employee to do so.
We are going to need help to make this as smooth as possible. I know we are a new conference but in my past experience meets go a lot smoother if we have all hands on deck. Which means coaches working together from all schools to help the kids.
We are asking for help from at least one coach from each school. We will need help with the mile split, two mile split, and the finish which includes placing and recording. We will go over who has what duty at the coaches meeting.
