3 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Athletes may not participate in more than 4 total events.
Coaches Scratch meeting begins promptly at 10:00 pm in the Field house. You may scratch athletes from individual events but you may not substitute another athlete for them. You may substitute for any athlete in a relay.
