Meet Information
Registration for this meet will be available until 11:00 PM on 6/3/2021. No additional athletes may be registered on the day of the meet, only scratches.
First call for 4x800 and all field events will be a 8:15 AM. Events will begin at 8:30 AM with a rolling schedule
There will be no Prelims, all events are finals. For events where 2 or more heats are required, slow heat will run first.
Sprint and Field events will be limited to 4 athletes per gender per event. Distance entries will be limited to 5 athletes per gender per event. Relays will be limited to 2 relays per gender team.
Heat sheets will be available at the meet for athlete viewing near the stadium restrooms. Visiting Coaches can see a hosting Coach for scratches.
Athletes will check in at the clerk-in tent on the infield. Athletes may check in at any time, but should be sure to not lose their hip number and should also be sure to remember their heat/lane assignment if they check in early. Be careful when crossing track as to not interfere with other events.
No athletes will be allowed on the infield, unless they are warming up for competition. BE AWARE OF DISCUS COMPETITION AREA - IS LOCATED IN THE CORNER OF THE INFIELD
Parking will be available at the front of the school. All spectators should enter through the main stadium gate.
SAFETY/COVID/EQUIPMENT/FACILITY:
ALL VISITORS (Coach/Athletes/Spectators) will have to scan to at the main entrance before entering the stadium and should not attend if not feeling well, or showing signs/symptoms of Covid. Please check temperature before arriving. All athletes, fans, coaches, and spectators should sign in using this link:
Athletes/fans should practice social distancing whenever possible and bring their own water.
Uniform rules will be enforced.
Throwers must bring their own throwing implements
Relay teams bring their own batons.
Athletic Trainer will be on site.
Stadium Bathrooms (not Locker Rooms) Will be fully accessible for all athletes/Coaches/Spectators
Standard Order of Running Events For Most High School Track and Field Meets
Field Events at the start of the meet- High jump. Long jump. Pole vault. Shot put. Triple Jump.
Girls will be followed by boys for all events. Heats will be slow followed by fast. Genders will likely be combined for the 3200 M Run, depending on numbers.
