Meet Information
Meet is only open to Belmont, Cramerton, and Mt. Holly Middle Schools.
Students are only allowed to compete in 3 events including relays.
Order of events
High Jump- Boys then Girls
Long Jump- Girls then Boys
Shot Put- Boys then Girls
Discus- Girls then Boys
All Running events are Girls, followed by Boys Running events should be run in heats when applicable, starting with the slowest heat and finishing with the fastest heat.
110 Meter Low Hurdles (hurdles on every other blue mark-30 in. or lowest setting)
100 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
4x100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
4x400 Meter Relay
