Welcome to The Parkland Magnet IB Invitational, due to Covid-19 guidelines only 4 teams can compete in this meet by invite only, if you are interested in competing in this meet please email me at rahughes@wsfcs.k12.nc.us or Text (336) 655-5366.
This meet will not be FAT timing, as we all know alot of our athletes if not all has not competed in a while. This give all of our athletes a early meet to get some of the kinks out! We must follow all Covid-19 Guidelines, making sure we keep Athletes spaced out as best as we can, Mask on at all times unless they are warming up or competing in a event. Athletes will need to have they own water bottle, that can be refilled. If you have athletes competing in throwing events if you can to save on time and to safety, it would be helpful to bring your own throwing implements.
Coaches make sure to do your screening as always before you depart from your school. Every athlete/coach on your team including the bus driver that will be present at this track meet must be screened and recorded on the NCHSAA Covid 19 form, and submmited to Coach Hughes as you arrive.
Start time 12:30
Depending on how many entries it could be trials in the 100/110 Hurdles and 100m Dash
All events will be contested excetped for High Jump, and Pole Vault
