Meet & Entry Information

• Max of 4 Schools per NCHSAA Guidelines. No unattached athletes can compete.
• Entry fee of $50 per school. Check Payable to TCR Track.
• No more than 50 boy and 50 girl entries per school per NCHSAA guidelines.
• 6 athletes per event, 2 relays MAX ENTRIES per gender. Unlimited entries on 100m, 1600m, & Long Jump.
• Meet will begin at 4:00 with Field Events.
• Running Events will begin at 4:15 with the 3200m Relay. The 100m/110m H Dash will compete on the Visitor Side of the Stadium, opposite of the traditional Start/Finish Line. All other running events will use the common start/finish line located on North side of Stadium (Tennis Court Side)
• The meet will be a rolling schedule and will include 1st, 2nd, & Final Calls for the events.
• Depending on number of Entries, Boys & Girls Relays could be combined in the same heat. This will be discussed at coaches meeting.
• Ribbons will be given at this meet to Top 4 in each event. Those will be given to teams after the meet has ended.
• Please remind athletes of rules & sportsmanship, along with wearing face covering when not actively competing. It has been a year since we have had a meet, but athletes need to know the guidelines & important rules so they are prepared for future meets. KEEP EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE!
• This meet will be Hand-Timed unless something changes. Results will be posted as quickly as possible.
