Meet Information
Athletes MUST follow The Covid Protocol.
They MUST wear a mask at all times except when actively RUNNING. Mask is worn to the starting line and stays on till starter instruct to remove it. They carry the mask with them during the race and put it back on after they finish the race. After athletes leave their team bus they go to team area and remain there till warming up which is 45 min prior to race time. They may then go to the warm up field. 10 minutes prior to race time they report to the starting area. After their race they go back to their team area. They may then go to the cool down field. The runners should NOT be mixing with the Spectators. The runner are either in their team area, the warm-up/cool-down area, racing or on their team bus.
