$20 you can enter up to 3 events. You will pay cash at event before being allowed to compete.(all events will be a max of 20 participants)

Spectators:$5.00 each (maximum of 2 spectators per athlete, coaches count as a spectator. If an athlete has 2 spectators those spectators must be from the same household )

. Athletes will electronically sign the AAU fall track series waiver form upon registration. Spectators will sign the waiver form at screening before being allowed to enter the track..

5:30 PM (All- Long Jump,

Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Discus Shot Put, Hurdles, 100 dash) report to health screening and then to field check in

5:45pm- Girls-Long Jump,

High Jump, Shot Put, Pole VaultBoys-Triple Jump, Discus

6:00mm-Girls 100 Hurdles

6:10pm-Boys 110 Hurdles

6:20pm-Girls 100 meter dash

6:40pm-Boys 100 meter dash

6:30pm- (All Girls and Boys 1600 and 400) report to health screening and then report to the field

6:30pm-Girls-Triple Jump, Discus Boys-Long Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot

6:45pm-All Girls 3200 meters

7:00pm-All Boys 3200 meters

7:15 pm- All girls 400 meters

7:40 pm- All boys 400 meters

7:30-(All Girls and Boys 800, 300 hurdles, 200) report to health screening and then report to the field)

8:00pm-All Girls/boys 800 meters

8:25pm - Girls 300 Hurdles

8:40pm- Boys 400 Hurdles

8:50pm-Girls 200 meters

9:00pm-Boys 200 meters

Fully Automatic Timing

(FAT) will be provided for all running events.

Special Notes:

ALL

IN ATTENDANCE MUST PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.

Athletes:1. Are allowed a maximum ofthree spectators (Coaches count as spectators) If an athlete has two spectators those spectators must come from the same household in order to maintain control of social distancing in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. You must bring a facial mask to cover your face when you are not competing. You will not need to wear face covering when you are competing. Only before and after you cool down.

2. Must bring your own water bottle (Water will be provided to Refill bottles)

3. Will be screened by having temperatures taken with non-oral thermometer

4. Must bring your own Sanitizer and Sanitize hands before and after races

Spectators:

1. Must wear a mask or facial covering while in the facility.

2. Will be screened at the entry.

3. Will be screened when entering the Gates by having temperature taken

4. Must practice social distancing for personal safety and in showing respect for others. No stadiumseating!!!

5. Coaches count toward athletes spectator number

Facility Rules:

Check in procedureEach event has a

designated screening/check-in time. You will not be able to enter the track before the previous events athletes and spectators have cleared the facility.

Spectators/coaches are required to check in at the same time as their athletes.You will not be admitted separately. There is a maximum of two spectators per athlete.Athletes have already signedwaiver forms during registration. Spectators must also sign a waiver atscreening/check-in. Download and complete one to bring with you to shorten yourtime spent in screening.No coaches/spectators are allowed on the track or in theinfield. Coaches must remain in the spectator area.The meet will be conducted using high school rules.

(Coaches, Athletes, Staff, and spectators). Any items used during the meet, should be sanitized after every use, or change of hands.Once coaches, athletes,spectators, event staff enter the facility they can't leave the campus. Rest rooms willbe available inside the building

Event Notes:

Shot Put Athletes must bring their own shot put. No one can touch your shot at any time but you. There will be no implements provided at the facility. If you forget your shot put you will not be able to compete.

100 meter dash - use lanes 1,3,5,7 only for odd numbered sections and lanes 2,4,6,8 only in even numbered sections.200/400 meter dash willuse all 6 lanes in a staggered start (one turn stagger for 200, two turnstagger for400).

800/1600 runs-- starts will be adjusted according to number of entries.

As per North Carolina state mandate,everyone wears a mask or facial covering.

Athletes may remove masks only for warm-up and competition. Anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to leave. Wearing your face mask means your mouth and nose is covered with the face mask.
There will be a locationfor tents please check with parking staff upon your arrival .Social distancing measures are to be observed at all times.

Should we have thunderstorms during the day, everyone will be asked to return to their vehicles until they have passed.
