Meet Information
THIS MEET IS CANCELLED!
Any information below will be superseded by any Covid-19 Restrictions that are placed on us. We are planning for the best case scenario, but understand that we need to remain flexible. Regarding this, if you plan to come to this meet, please bring a check instead of sending one ahead of time.
We are limited to 10 teams per Lenoir Parks & Rec because of parking.

Parking: All team buses are to drop off their athletes at the 1st parking lot at the Rotary Soccer Complex and park at the Exela Lab/Greer Lab/Expo parking lot across from Zack Forks Rd. A shuttle bus will return you to the soccer complex.
The 3 parking lots at the soccer complex are for parents and spectators. We will try to leave the 1st parking lot partially open for bus loading and unloading by setting out cones to save this space. Please advise your parents to park only in the parking lots. They are not to park at the bus turn around at the front of the 1st parking lot, on the street, any grass or on any private land. They risk having their car towed. We will have parking lot attendants to assist your parents/spectators with parking.
Inclement weather: In the case that the meet has to be canceled due to the weather, we will make a decision by 10 am on Wednesday, September 4th and send out an email to all coaches.
Wednesday, September 16th we will start the open/coach race (1 lap) at 4:00 pm. Afterwards, JV girls will be followed by JV boys, and then Varsity girls followed by the Varsity boys (Varsity races should be limited to your top 7 runners). Medals will be awarded to top 10 individuals each race (JV and Varsity) and 1st place team varsity boys and girls trophies.
$40 per gender and $75 if you enter boys and girls. Make the check out to "Hibriten High School" (in the memo line include "Caldwell County Invitational - Cross Country"). Hibriten's address is 1350 Panther Trail, Lenoir, NC 28645. Plan to bring the check the day of meet.
