FinishLynx Electronic Start System: Seiko PS-78 / PS-110, fully legal for all records (we will not be using a black powder pistol).

Entries: All entries will be done on NCRunners. There is an entry limit of 3 per running event, 2 per field event, 1 relay team entry per school (no "B" relays). Field Events: Top-32 entries per gender accepted from verifiable performances.

Entry deadline is Tuesday 3/16 at 9:00pm.

Entry Fee: $250 ($125 Boys team / $125 Girls team). Individual entries are $15 per event. Make checks payable to: Cary Academy. You may bring to the meet or mail to: Cary Academy, c/o Conrad Hall, 1500 N. Harrison Ave, Cary, NC 27513.

Declarations: all entries must be DECLARED on meet day. Declarations may begin as soon as teams begin arriving at the meet. Please go ahead and do all of your declarations for all events as soon as you arrive, no need to wait. All declarations must be completed at least 60 minutes prior to each event. A declarations schedule will be released with final entries on Thursday prior to the meet. Any entries not declared will be scratched.

Bus Parking: the lower parking lot off of SAS Research Dr and Charger Lane will be reserved for team buses. Turn onto Research Dr from N. Harrison Ave and take the second right onto Charger Lane.

Spectator Parking: please use the main school parking lot off of N. Harrison Ave, using the entrance at Cary Parkway. Overflow parking is located on the grass field immediately to the right when entering from Cary Parkway.

Spectators:$5 admission for spectators, please email a full list of all of your coaches for free admission.

Starting Heights Girls HJ 4-02, Boys HJ 5-02, Girls PV 7-00, Boys PV 10-00

Awards Trophies to team Champion and Runner-up, Medals to Top-3 finishers in each event. Awards can be picked up at the Press Box during the meet. Team trophies will be awarded at the end of the meet.

Spike Length: 1/4" spikes maximum; there will be Spike Check and any athletes using spikes longer than 1/4" will be disqualified. Please have your athletes go ahead and do their spike check as soon as you arrive, no need to wait.

Facility Specifications 8- lane Mondo Super-X surface, runways, and high jump apron. The girls long jump board is at 4' and the boys long jump boards are at 6' and 10'. Triple jumpers will have a choice of 28' and 32' boards.

Team Tent Locations Teams may set up anywhere outside of the fence either at track level or on the hill above, including the grassy areas to the left and right of the stadium bleachers; however, as our stadium seating is limited, please reserve the stadium bleachers for parents and other spectators.

Spectator Seating is limited so please advise your spectators to bring their own chairs. Spectators may sit in the grandstand or on their own chairs around the track on the outside of the fence. No spectators will be allowed on the track or on the infield.

Parking
Team buses should use the Charger Lane entrance to campus from Research Drive and will park in the Field #1/#2 parking area or behind the SEA building. (Please see the campus map for more information).

Spectators should use the Cary Parkway entrance from Harrison Avenue and will park in the Upper School Parking Lot.

Handicap Parking is available in the track-side parking lot off of Charger Lane.

Warm-up Area Prior to their events, athletes may use the track and infield for warm-ups. Athletes who are warming up should avoid active venues and should not enter the finish line area where the officials and timing crew will be set up. Initial and general warm-ups not prior to upcoming events should take place on the grass fields located behind the track. (Fields #1/#2/Middle School Field on the campus map, depending on availability with Soccer/Lacrosse playoffs.)

Restrooms Limited restrooms are available in the Field House by the track and larger restrooms are available up in the Fitness Center. Additional restrooms for athletes and coaches are available in the field house between Fields 1 & 2 back behind the track.

Medical & Water We will have an Athletic Trainer on site for emergencies, basic first aid, water and ice. Please advise the host school of any special needs athletes may have. Please bring a med kit with your team in the event that your athletes require routine taping, etc. In addition to the water we will provide on the infield, we encourage each team to bring a water cooler for their team area.

Meet Schedule

8:30am - Venue opens / Track open for warm-ups; Field event warm-ups should be completed before listed competition start time. Time will be given for run-throughs in between rotations.
Spike Check will be open and must be done prior to competition - 1/4" Pyramid spikes only - Please have your athletes check their spikes in advance.

9:30am - Coaches Meeting

CO-ED 4x400m Relay - relay teams must consist of 2 male and 2 female athletes. Athletes may run in any order. Points for this relay event will accrue to both the Men's and Women's team scores.
