Meet Information
The track meet will be held at Reid Ross on Wednesday, March 25th, 2020. The meet will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 3:30 as all field events will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
The gates will open at 3:45 PM and the admission for spectators will be $5. We will have concessions available.There will be a coaches meeting at 4:00.
Each school should bring the supplies that correspond with the event they will be running i.e. blocks, tape, spikes, water, etc. Each school should bring their own regulation throwing implements. All athletes, if wearing spikes, must wear a one-quarter of inch or smaller spikes.
One coach from each school will be needed to assist with timing / place keeping during the running events.
Each team is allowed 5 athletes per open event, except the 800, 1600, and 3200 (which are unlimited). We are only allowing 3 relay teams per event.

Individual Scoring: 8-6-4-2-1
Relay Scoring: 8-6-4-2-1
