Meet Information
2020 St. Paul's Relays
St. Pauls High School is hosting it's 1st Annual St. Paul's Relays on March 21, 2020. This meet is promised to have some of the best competition in the Mid-East of the State.
The Event will be held at St. Paul's High School at 648 Old Stage Rd., St. Pauls, NC 28384.
Eligibility: Open to all high school teams
Entry Fee: $75 per gender team. $110 if you sign up both genders. Any single athletes will be $15.00 per athlete for 3 or less athletes.

Race day payments will be accepted in the form of cash, school checks, or cashier's checks/money orders.
Entries:
Will be done on NC Milesplit. Entries will be accepted until Noon, Wednesday, March 18th, 2019.
Awards: Top 3 in each event Individual Event and 1st Place in Relay Events
General Admission: Admission is $6.
Packet Pick-up: At the track, starting at 8:30 am; Coaches meeting at 9:30 am.
Miscellaneous:
Concessions will be Open!
No headphones, cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed in competition areas.
Any protests should be filed with the appropriate referee (running or field) or the meet director.
Protests will be judged by the games committee, which will consist of the referees and the meet director.
ALL ATHLETES, MUST CONFORM TO THE NCHSAA UNIFORM RULES.
All field event athletes should check in at their event site no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of their competition.
No athletes should be in the infield unless they are competing; this can result in disqualification.

8:30 AM - Track Opens
9:30 AM - Coaches Meeting on the Infield
10:00 AM - Field Events Women's Discus, Men's Shot, Men's and Women's Long Jump, Men's High Jump, (4 attempts No finals in the throws and horizontal jumps)
11:00 PM - 1600 Meter Run
11:30 PM - 100/110 Meter High Hurdles
12:00 PM - Men's Discus/Women's Shot/Men's and Women's Triple Jump/Women's High Jump(4 attempts No finals in the throws and horizontal jumps)
12:30 PM - 4 x 800 Relay
1:00 PM - 4 X 200 Relay
1:40 PM - 4 x 100 Weight Relay (Please be honest and only use those who are Throwers,They will receive medals as well)
2:00 PM - 4 x 100 Relay
3:00 PM - Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600)
3:40 PM - Sprint Medley Relay
Women (100-100-200-400)
Men (200-200-400-800)
3:55 PM - 300 Meter Low Hurdles
4:30 PM - 4 X 400 Relay
