Meet Information
THIS INVITATIONAL HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO THE LATE START OF THE SEASON BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC.
After the 2019 Hurricane season (namely Dorian) brought major changes to the invitational schedules. The 2020 Knight's Invitational will feature a challenging mixture of wooded trails and open fields. This venue has served as the host of several NCHSAA 2-A, 3-A, and 4-A East Regional Cross Country Championships. The course features a large open starting area and a 300 meter straight-a-way finish. Great spectator design and can handle large crowds. Conveniently located off I-95 and HWY 64.
The meet is open to any public high school with runners in grades 9-12. There is a combined total limit of 30 participants per gender per school, 7 in Championship race, 7 in the Developmental race and remainder in JV race. Entry fee will be $75 a team or $130 combined men and women. $25 per individual if incomplete team.
