Meet Information
You are invited to the Vac & Dash Cross Country Clash. There is no cost to enter. Trophys to the top boy and girl team. Medals and T-shirts for the Top Ten Boys and Girls.
The meet is held at Chuck Morehead Park in Albemarle, NC. The course is a very spectator friendly course that challenges the runner with it's set of challenging hills.
3:45 Coaches Meeting 3:50 Walk the Course
4:30 pm Guys Varsity Race. You can race ten runners. Top seven count in scoring.
5:00 pm Girls Varsity Race. You can race ten runners. Top seven count in scoring.
Awards: Top ten guys and girls get a long sleeve t-shirt and medals.
Top guy and girl also get a hoodie.
Top two teams get a plaque.
5:30 pm, JV guys and girls run together. No limit on runners. Times will be kept, no team score. Top three guys and girls get medals.
