This scrimmage will be on the track on Friday evening. Tentative start time 6:30pm - may be adjusted depending on number of entries.
3-km - the primary race. There will be separate boys and girls races. We may split into faster and slower sections depending on number of entries.
1600 rookie race - for runners just getting started with training who might struggle in a full 3-km race. Will be boys and girls combined unless there are a large number of entries. You are encouraged to enter more prepared new runners in the 3k races. Athletes who might not break 20:00 for 3k should run in the 1600 event.
We will also allow alumni/coach/parent/unattached runners to compete.

Register via MileSplit - if you put the athlete names in, you can decide whether to run 3k or 1600 on the day of the race.
