Meet Information



We will have FAT timing at this meet with Charlotte Flight

Entries limited to 6 per school for all sprinting events and 10 for 800, 1600, and 3200. 3 relays per school per relay event. Each athlete is limited to the NFHSA Rule of 4 events. If you need more than 6, 10 or 3 for any event, please email me and I will look at entries to see if there is room for additional athletes based on total entries. Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump  will be limited to 3 entries per school due to having one pit. Shot Put and Discuss will have 5 entries per school.  Discus and shot will be on the practice field out of  the track gate to left from Visitor side. Women's Shot, Men's Discus, Men's High Jump, Women's Long Jump are 1st. We will also, have a BIG MAN RACE, one athlete per They will run the first heat of the 100 if you have someone to run it. if you do not want to participate in this please let me know.



Hip numbers only needed for the events not in lanes. Athletes who need hip numbers will receive hip numbers at the table in the middle of the Field and then report to start line of their event. All athletes must check in check in with the clerk at the starting line of their event prior to the running of an event and leave the infield immediately after competing.

Please make sure they know to keep away from the inside edge of the straightaway so the timing system can see the runners finishing properly. please make sure the athletes watch out for runners when leaving the track. Also, only people that should be on the infield are the runners that are bout to run their event.

Jesse Lowry will be the official starter.

Every school will be expected to help out at the meet with field events and relay exchange zones.

Coaches meeting and scratch meeting will be held at 3:45 by the field house. We will Pop this thing off exactly at 4:00pm with the 4x8!



NO electronics are allowed on the infield or competition areas.

Coaches and athletes are expected to show good sportsmanship. Competitors who engage in taunting, profanity, baton throwing, or refusal to follow the instructions of a meet official will be disqualified.
