Overflow parking may be directed to the Tokay Recreation Center behind the soccer fields east of the stadium.

Buses may park in the back parking lot, as usual, but do not take up or block spectator parking.

Admission: Spectators will have to pay admission of $5.  Children five and under are free.

Heads up on bib numbers:

Make sure all your athletes are entered in the nc.milesplit.com database by Wednesday night, 9 pm.  I will download everyone's rosters into RACETAB for the meet.  I will create a bib number list for the meet and email everyone their bib number rosters on Thursday morning.

We will use a "write-on" bib number system where your athletes will use a sharpie/permanent marker and write an assigned bib number on their arm, wrist or somewhere to make finish line recording easier.  One thing that really slows meets down is the recording process at the finish line.  This expedites that situation.  These bib numbers need to be LEGIBLE.

We will email rosters with bib assignments by Thursday morning so you can have your athletes write these NEATLY ahead of time during the ride over.  It would be easier to have them on before you get there.

Permanent marker, please.

Spikes: Quarter inch pyramid spikes only on track and jump areas.

Implement check for throwers: Implements will be provided and/or checked by the meet officials at each throw.

Results: Available online at ncrunners.com.

Concessions:We are planning to have concessions.  It will be simple things like candy, chips, drinks, etc.

BRING YOUR STUFF!!!  Please bring your stop-watches, measuring tapes, clip boards, etc.

LET'S ALL BRING SOME BLOCKS:  We know they are short on blocks at Reid Ross, PLEASE BRING BLOCKS.
