Packet Pick up at Finish Line starting at 2:00 pm
Coaches Meeting 2:30 pm (Mandatory)
Boys Varsity Race - 3:00 pm
Girls Varsity Race - 3:20 pm
JV-Coed Race 3:45 pm
Awards Ceremony - 4:10 PM

Entry Fee: Spectators will pay a $3 fee upon entrance to the facilty.
Parking: Pull all buses into the gravel parking lot on your right near the finish line. Encourage parents and spectaors to utilize the parking down by the softball fields and walk "up" to the course.
Please enter ALL of your athletes (Varsity & JV) under their respective gender for the 2 Mile race.
It is up to you who you run in what race. We do not need to know. This meet will be "chip timed".
Just make sure the bib # and chip # attached to the shoe match. They will be in your packet.
