Rocky Mount Sports Complex located on 301
course walk through:3:30
boys race:4:00or shortly after
girls race: 10 minutes after boys race
bring water bottles to fill or bring your own cooler
Duties for coaches
ED: time the meet and score the meet
PA: pass out finishing tabs to runners who have crossed the finish line, set up 5-6 yards past the actual finish line
EC: monitor finish line and determine tiebreakers if runners cross close to each other
ED: examine the course and lead the walk through
