Meet Information
Meet will start as close to 4:30pm as possible with the 4x800 and field events starting at 4:30.
Athletes may not use a spike any longer than 1/4 inch pyramid for any event.
Timing for all running events will be Hand-Held with use of RaceTab for the final results.
Entries can be entered on nc.milesplit starting March 10th at 8AM and will close the 13th at 11PM. Please enter athletes in their events not just enter the team.

Boys Shot
GIrls Discus
Boys LJ
Girls TJ
Boys HJ
Girls PV
Hurdlers - Please use the red hurdles as warm up hurdles. The white and black hurdles will be set up for races.
We will be on a rolling schedule once the hurdles start. We will break for about 15 minutes after the 4x800 to allow field event athletes a few throws or jumps in case they have other events to check out for.
