oWe will have tables set up with the heatsheets taped on them.

oIt is the athlete's responsibility tocheck their heat and lane assignment. They will then find their heat by looking at the numbers on the conesnear the starting line (55H, 55m, 500m and 300m) or on the cones near the northgoal posts (1600, 1000, 3200 and all relays). The marshal will then make sure they are lined up.

Headsup on bib numbers:

oWe will use a "write-on" bib numbersystem where your athletes will use a sharpie/permanent marker and write anassigned bib number on their arm and or hand to make finish line recordingeasier. One thing that really slowsmeets down is the recording process at the finish line. This expedites that situation. These bib numbers need to be LEGIBLE.Emphasizeneatness to your kids.

oWe will email rosters with bibassignments by Friday morning so you can have your athletes write these NEATLY ahead of time on Saturday. It would be easier to have them on before youget there.
