A list of the order of events will be emailed to you.
Meet start time: 1pm
Coaches meeting: 12pm
ENTRY LIMITS
3 entries in lane events
3 entries in distance events
1 relay teams per gender/per event
3 entries in field events
alternates will need to be emailed to: morrisa@pitt.k12.nc.us by April 30th 2017. Relay alternates can be listed online.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
All entries must be done online via nc.milesplit.com
COMPETITION PROCEDURE
Starting heights for high jump and pole vault will be set when entries are complete.
Long jump/triple jump - 4 attempts (all finals)
Shot put/ discus - 4 attempts (all finals)
100m Dash-prelims and top 6 advance to final & depending on number of hurdlers, we may run a straight final heat.
AWARDS
For individual events - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd medals will be awarded.
For the relays, the entire winning relay team will receive the appropriate medals.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.
ADMISSION
$6.00 per person. EPC conference championship fee.
PARKING
Buses will park in roped area closest to the practice soccer field (not on field) and 'double up' side by side. Drop out is requested first, then squeeze in closely as possible.
