Athletic Trainer: Rolesville High School will provide a certified athletic trainer on-site during
competition. Schools not traveling with an athletic trainer should bring their own supplies, such as tape, pre-wrap, etc.

RULES: NFHS rules apply unless addressed in this document.
a. Athletes may only compete in a maximum of 4 events.
b. FALSE STARTS: In the event of a false start the entire field will be charged. The next runner that commits a false start will be disqualified from that event.

MEDICAL: For teams traveling without an athletic trainer Rolesville High School will be available for emergency care and basic first aid. Water and injury ice will be available at the first aid tent located north of the finish line next to the football goal post. Athletes who need any preventative taping/wrapping should bring supplies so that the Rolesville High School athletic trainer can apply them.

FIELD EVENTS Field events begin at 3:30pm in the following order:
3:30pm Girls Discus followed by the Boys Discus (3 throws no finals)
3:30pm Boys Shot Put followed by the Girls Shot Put (3 throws no finals)
3:30pm Girls Long Jump followed by Boys Long Jump (3 jumps no finals)
3:30pm Boys Triple Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump (3 jumps no finals)
3:30pm Girls High Jump (start 40) followed by Boys High Jump (start 50)
3:30pm Boys Pole Vault (start 90) followed by Girls Pole Vault (start 66)
* Shot Put and Discus is located on the practice field directly behind the main stadium. ALL SPECTATORS MUST REMAIN OUTSIDE OF THE BLACK GATE. Rolesville High School will supply the shot put and discus for competition. Extra will not be available so you can bring your own for warm-up.

SCORING: We will not score team points

RESULTS: Results will be posted on under the home bleachers. They will also be:
a. Posted on nc.milesplit.com
b. E-mailed to the coach of each school
Note: If you would like to add someone else to the RESULTS e-mail distribution list, you must e-mail that address to mbooth@wcpss.net with specific instructions.

TENTS: Tents may be set on the VISITORS SIDE of the stadium in the bleachers or in the grass directly in front of the tennis courts on the other side of the stadium gates,

INFIELD: ATHLETES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE INFIELD, unless they are competing, checking in or getting treatment.

RESTRICTED AREAS: The finish line area is a restricted area for spectators and athletes not competing. We are using a F.A.T. system at the finish line, therefore spectators and athletes not competing are not permitted in this areas.

PARKING: Busses may use the Rolesville Road entrance to the school and park near the stadium track behind the scoreboard. Cars must be parked in the parking lot in front of the open practice field, main parking lot of the school or the parking lot using the Quarry Road entrance.

FOOD: Our concession stands will be open for food and drink.

COACHES MEETING: At 3:00pm there will be a short coaches meeting to introduce the GAMES COMMITTEE and answer any last minute questions.

PACKET PICK-UP: Packets will be available at the coaches meeting. Each athlete will have a bib number placed in their team packet. If no coach is present at the coaches meeting, packets will be located at the check-in tent once the meet has started.

RULES COMMITTEE: If you notice a violation that you want ruled on, you must do the following:
a. Identify the violation in the rules book
b. Bring it to the Meet Director. If the meet director is unable to resolve the issue, he will bring it before the Games Committee. The Games Committee will make a final ruling on the issue.

CANCELATION POLICY: Should we have to cancel the entire event because of weather we will not reschedule and entry fees will be returned. However, if we begin the meet and then need to cancel by reason of weather, we will not reschedule the event and entry fees will not be refunded. We will do our best to either conduct the meet or cancel it before we begin.
