Final Instructions for Coaches and Athletes
NO tents in the stadium bleachers!
Only athletes warming up for the next immediate event or competing in field events are allowed on the infield. No coaches on the infield!
Clerking and Check-In Procedures:
Field event athletes check in at their event site by immediately after third call.
Running event athletes check in at the clerking tent near the 100m start line (outside the fence, beyond the stands). Athletes can check in any time after first call. Check-in will be closed 5 minutes after final call, and some heats may be combined if numbers allow.
Boys & Girls 3200: check in by the end of the 800’s so that we can reseed if possible to reduce the number of sections.
Awards can be picked up by coaches or athletes once final results for an event have been completed and sent to the awards table. Any awards that remain near the end of the meet will be placed into envelopes for coaches to claim after the meet.
Team trophies will be given to the top 3 teams for each sex.
