Registration for the 2015 Great American Cross Country Festival is at the Wake Med Soccer Park on Friday, October 2, 2015 and on Saturday, October 3, 2015

Saturday, October 3, 2015, 6:30am-2:00pm at Wake Med Soccer Park just inside entrance to the park

ADMISSION TO WAKE MED SOCCER PARK

Admission is Free to all (Parking fee is $10.00 for non-competitors)

ACCESSIBILITY TO WAKE MED SOCCER PARK PRIOR TO THE EVENT

Athletes are welcome to use facility on Friday, October 2, 2015 until 4:00pm

WARMUP DURING MEET

Anywhere in the park outside of running lanes

ERECTING OF TEAM TENTS

Permitted only in designated areas, which will be clearly marked.

RESULTS

Posted at the park.

PARKING AT WAKE MED SOCCER PARK

Parking areas will be clearly marked, and those parking will be directed by parking attendants.

Parking for all competitors is Free. Teams and individual competitors will be given a two day parking pass at registration.

Parking for spectators is $10.00 (for one or both days). Passes will be available at registration and at the park itself.

Team Bus Parking
Busses will be directed to the appropriate area.

Team Van Parking

Vans will be directed to the appropriate area.

Handicapped Parking
In the handicapped spaces marked - parking attendants will direct you.
Spectator Parking
At Wake Med Soccer Park as noted above - parking attendants will direct spectators to the appropriate area.
Note: All Varsity high school teams should enter the "Varsity" category. Teams will be assigned to the Race of Champions, Seeded Invitational, Red and White races according to their level of ability.

High School Teams (7 runners maximum per team) and Individuals

Varsity, Junior Varsity Teams - $140.00 per team, male or female
Individuals $45.00 per individual
Team Bulk Fee $350.00 unlimited entry
Entry Deadlines for High School Teams, High School Individuals and HBCU Teams

September 23, 2015 (normal deadline) - no late fee assessed
Entries after September 23, 2015 will be assessed a $30.00 per individual late fee or $40.00 per team late fee (for a total of $75.00 per individual and $180.00 per team).

September 27, 2015 (absolute deadline) - no further entries after this date (because all schools must be submitted to the National High School Federation for sanctioning reasons one month prior to event).

September 27, 2015 - Roster submission deadline date.

HBCU Teams

Per team (7 runners maximum) $140.00
Additional runner per team (up to 3 more) $30.00 per runner
Open Individual $45.00
Team Bulk Fee $350.00 unlimited entry
