Dash for Doobie Race Day Information
The Dash for Doobie is a charity fundraiser for a scholarship that celebrates the life of former Reagan runner Nick Doub, who was killed in a singlecar accident in January of 2011. A yearly scholarship is awarded to a Reagan student who has successfully overcome great obstacles in their life. The entry fees for the Dash for Doobie are the primary means of financial support for this scholarship.

Heat sheets are posted on our page at NCRunners.

The Gates will open at 3:00 pm.

Payment of $20 will be due when you sign in, and wrist bands and tee shirts* will be distributed then.

*Tee Shirts are provided by a very generous donation from Champion Athleticwear, but unfortunately this year the huge increase in registrations has exceeded the tee shirts that we had printed. Tee shirts will be distributed
based on the order of your online registration. We apologize for not specifying initially that the first 200 people who register will receive a tee shirt. (We had 184 registered last year, and there are 288 entered this year, a 56% growth in the field.)

There is no entry fee for spectators!

Athletes can check in beginning 30 minutes prior to your race at the white clerking tent at the entrance to the track. You will receive your hip number then. Please do not attempt to check in early!
