ENTRY DEADLINE CHANGE- 3 PM, October 17. Only enter 7 athletes per gender. We can make substitutions after the deadline but don't want to waste bibs. Registration in done on this site.
9:00 AM- Packet Pickup
9:30 AM- Coaches Meeting at Finish Line
10:00 AM- 3A Midwest Boys
10:30 AM- 4A West Boys
11:00 AM- 3A Midwest Girls
11:30 AM- 4A West Girls
Of course, all NFHS & NCHSAA rules apply, including those regarding uniforms & jewelry. No exceptions. All uniforms must match. The new 2014-15 jewelry rules don't go into effect until Indoor Track season. Cross Country follows the old rules.
