Meet Information
Southeast Guilford High School will be hosting an invitational relay meet on Saturday, March 17. The meet is designed to provide great early season competition in a relay format without preliminaries. The entry fee will be $70.00 per school for Mens and Womens Teams or $40.00 for one team. Individual athlete entry will be $10.00 per athlete up to a maximum of four from the same school. All field events will be contested and scored individually for team points. Each school can enter three athletes in the field events. In the throws and horizontal jumps there will be four attempts, no finals. The running events will the Premier 1600 Meter Run, Premier 100/110 Meter High Hurdles, and the Premier 100 Meter Dash with each school being allowed a maximum of one entry. Contested relays will the 4 x 800, 4 x 200, 4 x 100, 4 x 400, Shuttle Hurdle Relay, Distance Medley Relay, Sprint Medley Relay. B Teams will be permitted and can score as long as they do not put us over 18 teams. We will also run the Weight Man and Weight Women Relay as a demonstration event for medals, but no team points.
