Meet Information

8 lane rubberized track and runways. Easily accessible from 1-40, only quarter mile from I-40 and only 15 minutes from Winston-Salem & Greensboro. Limited to the first 16 teams. Consessions will be open and T-Shirts will be sold. Time Schedule: 9:15 Coaches meeting; 10:00 Field Events; 1:00 Running Events, Awards @ 4:30. Field event relays consist of 3 individuals and running relays consist of 4. All field events will be contested. Running events will be: shuttle hurdles, 4x200, 4x800, sprint medley (100-100-200-400), distance medley (1200-400-800-1600), 4x100, & 4x400. There is also 100/110h, 200m, & 1600m. Entry fee: Boys & girls team together $100.00, $60.00 for only boys or only girls team. $5.00 for spectators. Medals to places 1-3 & ribbons to places 4-6. Team trophies to the top 2 boys & girls teams. Scoring will be; 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. T-shirts sold as well as concessions with hamburgers & hot dogs from the grill. Meet website. Meet Records. 'B' relays will be accepted, but only strong 'B' relay teams. Pole Vault will be at Mt. Tabor HS. Please send seed times for all events.
