Meet Fees :
MS- $5 per individual
HS- $10 athlete up to $60 per school
Make Checks payable to North Stokes Track and Field. You can pay at the meet.
We have some exciting changes to this years invitational. One change is we are going to have some middle school races in the morning while the field events are going on for high schoolers. So if you know any talented middles schoolers 6th-8th graders that would like to run in the girls 55 Hurdles, boys 110 hurdles, 100 dash, and 1600 tell them about this meet. Middle schoolers only compete for $5 per athletes.
North Stokes is only a 45 minute drive from Winston Salem and a one hour drive from Greensboro. Even though we are out in the middle of the country our track facility is one of the best high school facilities in this part of the state. We have hosted the Midwest 1A Regional six times in the past eight years so our staff and help is very experience. We will have FAT timing and scoring as well. We have two long jump pits, two pole vault pits and two shot and discus areas. Everyone on our meet staff and all head officials are certified track and field officials.
Entry limit: 3 entries per event
This year we will running prelims for the 100/110 Hurdles and 100 dash.
