@DrewHart You wouldn't think so if you were walking or jogging the course - it has a fairly significant 400 m hill that is run twice, plus rolling hills in the bottom of the course. The footing is excellent, though, and the first mile is entirely downhill or flat, which sets a blistering pace for the meet. So, as Coach Hovis said, the course really does run faster than it looks, and it is definitely a PR-caliber course.
