Believe or not, the cross country season is winding down and with that being said, there are only two meets left on the season. This meets include eight regional competitions and one national championship.

This week's MileSplit U national performers of the week come from the PAC-12 and the Big West Conference. Arizona's Lawi Lalang and Cal Poly's Lauren Hollander each had impressive showings in their conference meets which landed them the U weekly honors.

A pair of freshman turned in impressive performances last Saturday in two separate meets, as Cal Poly's Laura Hollander and UTEP's Anthony Rotich earned victories in their events. For their efforts, they have been named the MileSplit U National Performers of the Week.
