Bella Jaworsky, Fr. - North Lincoln

The sophomore competed in three events at the Division 1 state championships and walked away as one of the Tar Heel State's most promising distance runners.

Haggart finished sixth in the 3,200m, crossing the line at a NC #8 and NC SO #1 time of 8:51. He also finished eighth in the 1,600m, running 4:14, proving that he will be one of the state's best over the next two years.

Elise Davis, So. - Chapel Hill

The sophomore improved exponentially in the pole vault this spring and is one of the state's emerging stars in the event.

After clearing 9-3 at the 2025 Pole Vault Carolina Home Instead Invitational last year, Davis went 12-0 at the 7A Championships to finish 4th a week prior to winning the 7A Central Championships. Her new personal best gives her the state's fifth-best mark in the pole vault and she will enter next season as one of North Carolina's brightest stars.
