Sandi Morris set a new personal best of 13 feet, 3.5 inches enroute to her first national title at USATF Junior Olympics Nationals in Sacramento, Calif.
Morris had a previous personal best of 13 feet, three inches last Saturday.
Following the 13-3.5 vault, Morris tried to clear 13 feet, seven inches, according to Kerry Morris.
