University of Miami signee, Jacious Sears, had one heck of a weekend at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.
The senior took the girls championship 100m title in a new wind legal, US No. 4 time of 11.41 (+1.3).

Sears was fourth at New Balance Nationals Indoor in the 60m dash and has been on fire all season, winning the 4A girls 100m title at the FHSAA State Finals in a time of 11.72. Sears has been nearly undefeated in every 100m race she had entered minus a second place finish at Flo Golden South.
Her 11.41 is a new PR and the future Hurricane will head to the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships this weekend in Miramar to mix it up again against some of the best 100m athletes in the nation.
